SECURITY COUNCIL AGREES ON FINAL DRAFT OF RESOLUTION ON CROATIA

NEW YORK, March 31 (Hina) - The UN Security Council held brief consultations this afternoon and agreed on the final draft of a resolution an new UN mandate for Croatia. The full name of the UN mission would be the UN Confidence Restoration Operation in Croatia, according to UN diplomatic sources in New York. Russia was the last country to agree to the final draft. The Security Council was expected to hold an official session later today to adopt resolutions on the new UN mandate for Croatia and on the extension of UN mandates for Bosnia- Herzegovina and Macedonia.
