TOMORRO $ W SARAJEVO, Feb 5 (Hina) - The 'blue roads' to Sarajevo across the city's airport are to be reopened for traffic of personal vehicles from Monday. Bosnia-Herzegovina's Government minister, Hasan Muratovic, today said that the agreement on reopening the 'blue roads' had been reached during the talks with Bosnian Serb representatives on Sunday morning, Sarajevo Radio reported. Muratovic added that UN Protection Force officials had insisted on this move so that the Serb side had to accept eventually the request to open the 'blue roads' for civilian traffic. Under today's agreement, the road between two Sarajevo's suburbs of Dobrinja and Butmir that connects the besieged city with the unoccupied areas, would be opened from 10:00 a.m. to noon as well as from 03:00 to 05:00 p.m. for the civilian cars, while vehicles from the Serb-occupied suburbs of Ilidza and Lukavica would be allowed to use this road from 08:00 to 10:00 a.m. and from 01:00 to 03:00 p.m. daily. Minister Muratovic announced that another negotiations on with Serbs would be conducted next Wednesday on reopening the 'blue roads' for commercial traffic, according to Sarajevo Radio.
