BEIJING, Oct 8 (Hina) - The commodity exchange between Croatia and
China in the last seven months amounted to USD 48,57 million, which
is 21 per cent more than in the same period the year before.
According to data of the Croatian Embassy in Beijing,
Croatia's export marked a 32 per cent increase rate between January
and the end of July in respect to the same period last year and
reached the amount of USD 22,46 million, while import increased at
a 13 per cent rate and reached USD 26,11 million.
Croatia marked a USD 3,65 million trade deficit in its
exchange with China, but this was a significant decrease in respect
to last year.
Last year Croatia's oil company INA and the Chinese oil-
petrochemical company Sinochem's cooperation amounted to USD 636
million.
