SARAJEVO, Sept 16 (Hina) - Counting of votes began on Monday
morning at 27 locations in Tuzla and Banja Luka, where it had not
started yesterday, spokeswoman of the Organization for Security and
Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Agota Cuperman said.
She stressed that the reason for the postponement in the
counting of votes in some places was of a technical nature, adding
that the counting at 113 opther locations had begun on Sunday. #L#
She announced concrete election results for members of the
Bosnian Presidency to be collected on Monday by 20.00 hours.
The Electoral Appellate Subcommission received some 75
complaints about the regularity of the elections so far.
Cuperman said that the decision on whether the complaints were
justified should be reached within 72 hours and that the election
results could not be confirmed before that.
According to the latest report of the international police
force, only 14,700 people had crossed the border between entities
on the day of elections, 13,500 of which had come from the Bosnian
Federation to vote in the Republika Srpska.
