The lack of basic democratic conditions had led to new
irregularities at polling stations, Genjac said, adding that the
election results in the Serb entity were not valid.
The SDA further asked that the U.N. Security Council voice its
opinion on this problem and that talks be held with the head of the
OSCE mission in Bosnia, Robert Frowick, OSCE Vice President Flavio
Cotti and the coordinator of international monitors in Bosnia,
Edward van Thijn.
The Bosnian Ambassador to the United Nations, Muhamed
Sacirbey, said that the SDA did not want the entire election
results to be annulled, but it wanted to warn that irregularities
in the voting procedure showed that the elections in Republika
Srpska had not been conducted in line with election rules.
