What lay ahead was the implementation of the country's
constitution, in line with the new organisation of the state, and
one also had to secure cooperation between the members of the new
presidency who would most probably hold their first session in
Sarajevo, Bildt said.
Speaking about the small number of voters who came to vote in
the Serb entity, Bildt said that the voters had probably not been
motivated to vote for Serb representatives.
'These elections are important for the implementation of the
Constitution, and the local ones will be important for the real
life and the turnout at those elections will probably be larger',
Bildt said.
