SARAJEVO, 29 Aug (Hina) - Spokesman for the Office of the

Thursday said that there was no danger that the September general
elections would be boycotted despite the fact that some political

Preparations for the conduct of the elections were proceeding

'According to unofficial data I can say that the elections
will not be boycotted', Murphy said, when asked to comment on the
appeals of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and the Party for
Bosnia, which called on Bosnian refugees living outside their
country not to fill in their ballots until the problem of
registration of voters based on Form P-2 was removed.
The Provisional Election Commission in Sarajevo called on all
voters abroad to use their right to vote and send their ballots by
3 September at midnight at the latest, as was provided for in the
election regulations.
The international community was determined not to let Bosnia
fall apart, Murphy said. 'It would take a war for that, and we will
not allow it', he added.
