SARAJEVO, Aug 1 (Hina) - Bosnian Federation President Kresimir
Zubak has instructed all Bosnian Croat ministers in the Federal
Government to come up with a plan for merging the structures of the
Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Herzeg-Bosnia into the
Federation by the 5th of August, President Zubak's office said on
Thursday in a statement.
The statement went on to sum up the conclusions of a
Federation Forum session held in Sarajevo on Wednesday under the
chairmanship of the special US envoy for the Balkans, John
Kornblum.
"The most important decision was to elaborate a blueprint for
the final transfer of authority from the existing structures to the
competent Federation bodies by the 8th of August, in accordance
with the Dayton Agreement," the statement said.
Yesterday's meeting also duscussed the situation in Mostar, at
the insistence of the Croatian side, the statement stressed.
