MOSTAR, July 6 (Hina/Habena) - President of the Bosnian Federation

Richard Goldstone, on occasion of the recently issued indictments
against persons of Croatian nationality from central Bosnia,
Herzeg-Bosnian news agency Habena said. #L#
Recalling cooperation of the Croat side with the Tribunal,
Zubak informed Goldstone about negative and justifiable reactions
of the Croat population of central Bosnia to the Tribunal's
indictment against Stipe Alilovic who was living abroad and who
died last year.
The public was astonished at the superficiality the Tribunal
had shown in this case, which confirmed doubts that the Tribunal
was subject to the instrumentalization and uncritical acceptance of
any statement from the Moslem side, Zubak wrote.
He added that the Tribunal had not yet begun any proceedings
against persons who had committed war crimes against Bosnian
Croats.
Zubak concluded the letter expressing his conviction that the
Tribunal would after all prove its impartiality and justice.
