MOSTAR, July 27 (Hina) - On occasion of the destruction of a
Catholic church in Bugojno, the Office of the president of the
Bosnian Federation Kresimir Zubak on Saturday issued a statement
which said that Zubak described the destroying of the St. Ante
church in Bugojno as a new crime against the Croat people, Bosnian
Croat news agency Habena said. #L#
"The destruction of the church in Bugojno is a new crime in a
line of crimes against the Croat people. It was again done under
the control of the authority which shows itself to the world as
democratic, which supposedly wants a multi-ethnic and multi-
cultural society, however, in actual fact, it does not sanction,
but inspires exile, desecration and murder of the weak and old, in
a perfidious and underhand way," the statement said.
"Numerous crimes in Bugojno are the consequence of the lack of
effect of the international community. Instead of establishing
authority in Bugojno in line with the Constitution and law,
representatives of the international community help and enable the
continuation of foul play in this town with their so-called
resolutions, and they offer electoral fraud in Mostar instead of
law and the Constitution. However, despite the crime, pressure and
injustice, the Croat people will not waver and get discouraged, nor
will they lose their national dignity as some want them to," the
statement said.
