SARAJEVO, July 25 (Hina) - The Archbishop of Sarajevo, Cardinal
Vinko Puljic, on Thursday called on Catholic Croats and other
citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina to participate in September
elections.
Puljic said that all people who found that their names were not
in electoral registers should contact the nearest OSCE office "to
remove the obstacle to exercising the fundamental civil right."
"The decisive role in the return of displaced people (...) will
be played by democratically elected local and county
representatives. Therefore, we are encouraging you to vote in
places of your permanent residence."
