OSLO, June 11 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic met
Yugoslav Foreign Minister Milan Milutinovic in Oslo on Tuesday as
part of negotiations on an agreement on subregional arms control.
The two ministers expressed hope that a solution would be
found in line with the Dayton peace accords and that the
agreement would be signed today.
Their talks also focused on the peaceful reintegration of
the remaining Serb-occupied areas into Croatia. The Croatian side
demanded full cooperation from Belgrade in the reintegration
process and stressed the need for resolving the issue of missing
persons.
Granic and Milutinovic discussed further steps in the
process of normalizing relations between Croatia and Yugoslavia,
including the opening of a southern air corridor.
