Talks on an agreement on arms limitation and control, which
are attended by the Croatian, Yugoslav and Bosnian delegations,
should be concluded in Oslo, in line with Paragraph 4 of the
Dayton peace agreement Annex 1b. The talks started last December
in Petersberg near Bonn, and were continued in Vienna under the
auspices of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe (OSCE).
The agreement on arms limitation and control should be
signed in Oslo on 11 June by the foreign or defence ministers of
the three countries. The Croatian delegation also includes
Croatia's permanent representative in OSCE, Darko Bekic, Deputy
Foreign Minister Ivan Simonovic and Brigadier Zeljko Dobranovic.
During his visit to Norway, Foreign Minister Granic is also
to meet his Norwegian counterpart, Bjorn Tore Godal.
