SARAJEVO, April 30 (Hina) - Highest officials of Bosnia-Herzegovina asked IFOR to take all necessary measures in order to ensure full freedom of movement and to prevent tragic incidents as the one on Monday when two persons were
killed in northern Bosnia in an attempt to cross the border between the two entities. "The Implementation Force has an obligation to ensure full freedom of movement, and people who want to visit their homes in the Serb entity should not have to announce their arrival if IFOR troops are doing their job," Bosnian Premier Hasan Muratovic told the Sarajevo television on Monday night. Muratovic insisted that a programme for the return of refugees be formed as soon as possible.

Two Moslems were killed in Monday's conflicts near Doboj,
northern Bosnia, on the Sarajevo-Trnovo road.
At least 15 Moslems who had tried to cross over to the Serb
entity were seriously or lightly wounded.
The commander of IFOR land troops, General Michael Walker,
issued a statement in which he warned that the persons who had been
hurt had not respected the checkpoints set by IFOR, not had they
payed attention to warnings by the civilian authorities to make the
visits responsibly and under control.
Pledging that his troops would continue supervising the
situation so as to prevent any further incidents, Walker stressed
that the responsibility lay with the sides in Bosnia-Herzegovina,
because NATO troops were not there to take care of civilian
disorders.
