HDZ PRESIDENCY DISCUSSES CROATIA'S ADMISSION TO COUNCIL OF EUROPE

ZAGREB, April 25 (Hina) - The presidency of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party met in Zagreb on Thursday to discuss the political situation in connection with Croatia's admission to the Council of Europe. The meeting was chaired by President Franjo Tudjman. "The admission of Croatia confirms the recogntion of Croatian state policy and it imposes and provides new possibilities and obligations for coordination.
