reads the front page of the Zagreb daily 'VJESNIK' on Thursday.
Editor-in-chief Nenad Ivankovic writes a commentary piece headlined
"At Last".
The front page also brings an article headlined "Killings
Shake Kosovo" and one on the establishment of a pensioners' party.
There is also an interview with Mariofil Ljubic, president of
the Constituent Assembly of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The article "Sarajevo Fears Elections Are Introduction to
Disintegration of Bosnia-Herzegovina" tackles the issue of the
Bosnian elections.
The front page of 'VECERNJI LIST' also reports on the
Parliamentary Assembly's decision to adopt Croatia's bid to be
admitted into the Council of Europe.
The paper brings an interview with Zlatko Canjug, president of
the Croatian Democratic Union's City Assembly, headlined "I Am
Opening the Election Campaign".
"Series of Testimonies Pressure Suspects" reads the headline
of an interview with Regis Abribat, an investigator for the
