A meeting of a special Border Delimitation Commission, held on
Friday at the IFOR headquarters in Ilidza, failed, however, to come
up with a solution for 15 remaining debatable points, most of which
are situated in the Sarajevo area and the Zvornik municipality in
eastern Bosnia, Haselock said.
According to Haselock, the boundary running through the
Sarajevo suburb of Dobrinja would probably stay as it was defined
in Dayton, since the sides could not agree on any other solution -
even though the Dayton boundary was most unpractical, cutting
through buildings and apartments.
Meanwhile, NATO's Gen. Wilcox, who presides over border
commission meetings has proposed to Admiral Smith that the
commission should continue its work.
