SARAJEVO, 11 April (Hina) - The head of the Sarajevo office of the U.N. High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) Marc Cutts today stated that the detention of 13 Muslims, who were to return from Serbia to Bosnia-Herzegovina yesterday, was
a severe case of violation of the Dayton Agreement 7th Annex and the Rome Agreement. Belgrade authorities were directly responsible for this, he said. Yesterday, 211 Muslims from Srebrenica and Zepa were freed from the Sljivovica prison camp in Serbia. They were transported by buses to Tuzla, Zenica and Sarajevo. However, Serbian authorities detained 13 Muslims without any explanation, although they all had permits to leave the territory of Serbia. This happened in the presence of UNHCR officials.

The behaviour of Yugoslav authorities was completely
unacceptable, Cutts said, adding that all prisoners of war had to
be released unless they were suspected of war crimes.
UNHCR high officials would travel to Belgrade tomorrow and
demand that the detained Muslims be immediately released, Cutts
added.
The Sarajevo UNHCR Office would start distributing window
glass to Sarajevo residents. The value of the glass amounts to five
million dollars. The war left most of Sarajevo apartments without a
single whole window.
