After the meeting, Kostovic told reporters that General
Esparza's contribution to the process of solution of humanitarian
crises in the region was considerable.
'General Esparza distinguished himself in all actions aimed at
saving human lives, from Podlapaca to Banja Luka, as a true
humanist who helped Croatia and all people living in the region',
Kostovic said.
General Esparza presented Kostovic with an ECTF medal for his
contribution in the solution of humanitarian problems in the
region.
