POLICE CLOSER TO TRACKING DOWN FORMER MINISTER'S KILLER

PULA, March 29 (Hina) - Minister of the Interior, Ivan Jarnjak, today shared with the press new insights in the murder case that shook Istria on Wednesday - the shooting of former Croatian Tourism Minister, Anton Marcelo Popovic, on his own doorstep. The police had completed the scene-of-crime investigation and interrogated 38 people, of whom one was tested with the aid of a polygraph, Jarnjak said. Police artists were preparing an identikit picture. "In the interests of investigation, we cannot disclose all the details.
