ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - A deputy president of the Croatian Parliament, Jadranka Kosor, on Friday received a delegation of the Centre for the Protection of Human Rights of Detained and Missing Croatian Persons and Members of their
Families, called "Appeal". The delegation was headed by the president of the Centre, Zdenka Farkas.
ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - A deputy president of the Croatian
Parliament, Jadranka Kosor, on Friday received a delegation of the
Centre for the Protection of Human Rights of Detained and Missing
Croatian Persons and Members of their Families, called "Appeal".
The delegation was headed by the president of the Centre, Zdenka

The delegation informed Kosor about their Thursday's meeting
with the U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Madelaine Albright, who had
pledged to do everything to find out the whereabouts of missing and
detained persons.
The delegation expressed their wish to be received by the
Croatian President, Franjo Tudjman, whom they wanted to inform
about an idea that the Wall of Tears which had been built in 1993
around the former UNCRO headquarters in Zagreb, be moved to
Vukovar.
On every brick in the wall, a name had been written belonging
to a killed, detained or missing person. The bricks had been
brought by family members, who built a wall out of the bricks. In
time, the wall stretched along the street where the UN headquarters
in Zagreb are situated.
Kosor also received a delegation of the Alliance of Parents of
Killed Soldiers, headed by president, Ljerka Ivusic.
Kosor expressed hope that the State Administration in charge
of war victims would speed up and improve the quality of providing
care for all war victims.
