PRESIDENT IZETBEGOVIC'S MESSAGE TO MOSTAR CITIZENS

SARAJEVO, March 13 (Hina) - The decision to change Koschnik's decision on Mostar's central district was the only viable solution, said a message to citizens of eastern Mostar sent yesterday by President of the Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegovic.
