BRITISH NAVY FRIGATE DOCKS AT SPLIT PORT

SPLIT, March 8 (Hina) - The British Navy fregate London this morning docked at Split port as part of its three-day friendly visit to Split. "The London's visit to Split is a contribution to growing Croatian-British relations," British Ambassador Gavin W. Hewitt told a press conference organised on the frigate. Since Dayton, peace processes in Croatia and Bosnia- Herzegovina had made significant progress, he said. The only problem remaining in Croatia now was eastern Slavonia. "The United Kingom supports the full implementation of the agreement on the Croatian Danubian area as soon as possible," Hewitt said.
