ZAGREB, 1 March (Hina) - Today's issue of the Croatian daily 'VJESNIK' brings an article on a House of Representatives discussion on the Bill on war profiteers, which had been proposed by the Croatian Peasants' Party. 'A Mini-Reform of Penal Code' is the main topic of an interview with the aide to the Croatian Justice Minister, Tomislav Penic. Journalist Nedjeljko Musulin writes about problems in the functioning of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina in Bugojno in an article headlined 'Self-Proclaimed Mayor Prevents Return of Croats'. The head of the Croatian delegation in the Council of Europe, Zarko Domljan, speaks about Croatia's admittance to the organisation. Another Croatian daily, 'VECERNJI LIST' publishes an article on changes in the leadership of the Croatian National Bank (NBH) and its possible new governor Marko Skreb. The paper also brings an article on proposals by the members of the Croatian House of Representatives, who demanded that the loans for return and development be more thoroughly discussed, that farmers-returnees be allowed tax and customs concessions, that the uncontrollable import be prevented and that the size of farmers' landed property not be limited.
