ZAGREB, Feb 16 (Hina) - The Croatian Railway Worker's Union (SZH) will decide on Monday whether to go ahead with a general strike that has been announced for 22 February. The decision will depend on the Government's response to the
Union's demands, reporters were told at Friday'a press conference of the SZH.

The strike would involve 11,000 workers, reporters heard.
The Union would ensure the minimum functioning of railway
traffic during the strike, in line with the Labour Act and the
rules of procedure in a case of strike, labour leader Zlatko
Pavletic said.
International passenger trains, local border trains, some
international freight trains, trains for Croatian Army use and
passenger trains linking Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Vinkovci and
Cakovec will be running during the strike.
