Following the meeting, Rajic said that a report on the Rome
Agreement, submitted by the President of the Bosnian Federation,
Kresimir Zubak, had been accepted as a basis for fulfilling
Bosnian Croats' obligations under the peace agreements.
The meeting agreed that the municipalities of Ljubusko, Siroki
Brijeg, Grude and Posusje be organized as a separate canton with a
Croat majority, according to Rajic. It was further agreed that the
municipalities of Tomislavgrad, Kupres, Livno, Grahovo, Glamoc and
Drvar should constitute another canton with a Croat majority.
The meeting was also of the opinion that Bosanska Posavina
(the Sava river valley) should also be organized as a Croat canton.
The meeting appointed task groups to organise and supervise
the implementation of the Dayton and Rome Agreements.
