MOSTAR, Feb 13 (Hina) - Presidential Council of Bosnian Croat structure of Herzeg-Bosnia on Monday accepted "the draft decisions on gradual transfer of the Croat Herzeg-Bosnian executive authorities over to the bodies of the Bosnian
Federation and its cantons," a statement from the Council Secretariat said.

structure of Herzeg-Bosnia on Monday accepted "the draft decisions
on gradual transfer of the Croat Herzeg-Bosnian executive
authorities over to the bodies of the Bosnian Federation and its
cantons," a statement from the Council Secretariat said. #L#
The Presidential Council "expressed full support to the Mostar
Municipal Council and committed it to continue its relations with
the EU Administration in connection with finding a solution
regarding the town of Mostar," the statement said.
The Council has also "specified its tasks in order to evaluate
the constitutional background" of the EU arbitrator Hans
Koschnick's decision, as well as to "provide international
community with full information about the real status of Bosnian
Croats in the Bosnian Federation, as in Bosnia-Herzegovina."
The statement also added the Council had "established an
Office for legal help and social welfare for the Croatian Defence
Council (HVO) military and civilian officials who had been indicted
by the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague."
