Gasic elaborated that they were to be "a catalyst in project of
unification of the police force in Mostar."
"But, as the police in western Mostar has severed cooperation
with the EU Administration, there has been no grounds for deployment
of the Croatian police either," Gasic said.
A spokesman for the WEU police force in Mostar, Howard Fox,
later confirmed that the arrival of Croatian policemen was postponed.
