ZAGREB, Feb 8 (Hina) - "We believe that the Koschnick's decision was out of all agreed frameworks. Therefore the decision, in the form it has been issued, was unacceptable for us," said Croatian President's chief-of-staff, questioned on the Wednesday's decision by EU administrator Hans Koschnick on a future organization of Mostar. President's chief-of-staff, Ivo Sanader commented Thursday evening for Croatian Radio on the recent events in Mostar and on the visit by Italian Foreign Minister Susanna Agnelli.

Therefore the decision, in the form it has been issued, was unacceptable for us," said Croatian President's chief-of-staff, questioned on the Wednesday's decision by EU administrator Hans Koschnick on a future organization of Mostar. President's chief-of-staff, Ivo Sanader commented Thursday evening for Croatian Radio on the recent events in Mostar and on the visit by Italian Foreign Minister Susanna Agnelli. #L# "There are very clear principles -- there is Dayton accord, which included the memorandum on Mostar, meaning three and three municipalities," Sanader said. "After that another agreement was reached between the sides, along with Mr Koschnick, that a central district, of purely administrative character, be established. But that agreement has been renounced of," he added. Sanader reiterated that Tudjman and Agnelli had agreed Thursday to discuss Mostar again, following Agnelli's meeting with Koschnick's aide Klaus Metcher in Rome, and to make another, joint proposal for settlement.
