$ FORMATION TO ADMINISTRATIVE COURT ZAGREB, Feb 7 (Hina) - At a session held today, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia adopted the constitutional complaint filed against a decision by the Administrative Court on the transformation of the daily 'Slobodna Dalmacija' from Split and returned the complaint to the Administrative Court to reconsider it.
TRANS $ FORMATION TO ADMINISTRATIVE COURT ZAGREB, Feb 7 (Hina) - At a session held today, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia adopted the constitutional complaint filed against a decision by the Administrative Court on the transformation of the daily 'Slobodna Dalmacija' from Split and returned the complaint to the Administrative Court to reconsider it. #L# In 1994, the Agency for Restructuring and Development reached a decision on the transformation of 'Slobodna Dalmacija'. Eleven journalists of the daily and the Union of Printing Workers from Split filed a complaint against this decision to the Administrative Court. The Administrative Court rejected the complaint. Dissatisfied with such a decision of the Administrative Court, the Union of Printing Workers and 11 journalists filed a complaint against the decision to the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Court responded to their complaint and sent the whole case back to the Administrative Court. (hina) rm jn 071831 MET feb 96
