'We have discussed the importance of building the Federation
of Bosnia-Herzegovina', Serwer said after the talks, adding he
would leave for Sarajevo tomorrow in order to support that process.
Defence Minister Susak said the talks had focused on several
details which had been the stumbling bloc to the agreement on the
Government of the Federation and Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Croatian Defence Minister announced that U.S. diplomat
Roberts Owen, who was appointed as arbiter for the Federation of
Bosnia-Herzegovina, would arrive in Zagreb on Sunday and leave for
Bosnia-Herzegovina on Monday. In case the federal partners failed
to reach agreement, 'Owen's decision will be crucial, and we will
accept it', Susak said.
