ZAGREB, Oct 17 (Hina) - The Turkish army chief-of-staff, General
Ismail Karadayi, is to arrive for a three-day visit to Croatia on
Monday, at the invitation of Croatian Defense Minister Gojko
Susak.
During his visit, Karadayi is expected to be received by
Croatian President Franjo Tudjman. The Turkish delegation will be
received by Croatian Premier Zlatko Matesa as well.
Croatian and Turkish delegations, headed by Susak and
Karadayi, will hold talks on Monday, discussing mutual
cooperation among else.
Croatian and Turkish army chiefs-of-staff started meetings
in the spring of 1995, when the then Croatian army chief-of-staff
Janko Bobetko visited Ankara.
The Turkish delegation will conclude its stay in Croatia
with a visit to the southern coastal town of Dubrovnik.
