ZAGREB, 24 Sept (Hina) - On the last day of his three-day visit
to Croatia, the Turkish President Suleyman Demirel left for
Dubrovnik.
A farewell ceremony for the Turkish President was organised
at Zagreb airport.
During the day, Demirel will visit the old part of
Dubrovnik as well as the City Historical Archives.
In the afternoon, Demirel will complete his visit to
Croatia and leave for Ankara.
Demirel arrived in Croatia on Monday at the invitation of
the Croatian President Franjo Tudjman.
The Croatian and Turkish Presidents on Tuesday attended a
concert in the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, after which
President Tudjman held a farewell party for the high Turkish
guest.
The farewell ceremony at Zagreb airport was attended by
Premier Zlatko Matesa, Culture Minister Bozo Biskupic, Parliament
Vice President Jadranka Kosor, the head of the President's
Military Cabinet, Miljenko Crnjac, and Assistant Foreign Minister
Hido Biscevic.
