ZAGREB, Sept 27 (Hina) - A Croatian delegation headed by the Croatian Parliament House of Counties' speaker, Katica Ivanisevic, are attending the eighth international conference on security and cooperation in Antalya, Turkey.

Croatian Parliament House of Counties' speaker, Katica Ivanisevic,
are attending the eighth international conference on security and
cooperation in Antalya, Turkey. #L#
Attending are also representatives from over 30 countries.
Ivanisevic held a speech on Saturday which focused on the
peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danube river region.
She stressed the necessity of a two-way return of displaced
persons, the normalisation of Croato-Serb relations, and expressed
satisfaction that the UNTAES mission would be remembered as the
first fully successfully completed UN peace operation. She stressed
the stance of the Croatian government that the completion of the
peace operation should be as had been envisaged by 15 January 1998.
Present at the conference was also Croatian Ambassador to
Turkey, Ivica Tomic.
