MOSTAR/CAPLJINA, Sept 3 (Hina) - President and Vice President of the Croat-Moslem Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Vladimir Soljic and Ejup Ganic respectively, on Wednesday officially opened a bridge across the river of Neretva in the village of Zitomislici when they cut a ribbon together. The bridge in Zitomislici, 20 kilometres south of Mostar has been reconstructed. At the ceremony Soljic said he believed that the bridge would never be pulled down. "We shall build the country and, at the same time, confidence between people and nations," he added. The Bosnian federal minister of transport and communications, Rasim Grapcanovic, said that repair works cost 1,300,000 German marks. He added that this was a credit granted by the World Bank, whereas the investor was the federal ministry of transport. (hina) jn mš 031838 MET sep 97
