MAKARSKA, March 18 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zlatko Matesa
on Tuesday held talks with tourism officials and heads of
municipalities of the Makarska riviera (central Adriatic) about the
forthcoming tourist season, the situation and development of
tourism in the area.
Accompanying Matesa were Reconstruction and Development
Minister Jure Radic and Tourism Minister Niko Bulic.
According to all assessments, this tourist season would be
exceptionally good, Matesa stressed, adding that tourists had to be
met with moderate prices.
Matesa called on all hotel managers to immediately begin
reconstructing hotels where possible.
Regarding refugees from Bosnia-Herzegovina, who are still
accommodated in some of the hotels in Makarska, Matesa stressed
