KUWAIT, Mar 8 (Hina) - Croatian Premier Zlatko Matesa on Saturday arrived in
Kuwait in order to incite economic relations between Croatia and Kuwait.
After a solemn reception at the airport, Matesa was received by Emir
sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister sheikh
Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
During his visit, Matesa is expected to sign an agreement on the
protection of mutual investments between Croatia and Kuwait, and to meet
with Kuwaiti ministers of finance and defence, as well as with Kuwaiti
businessmen.
Matesa is heading a Croatian delegation, including Economy Minister
Davor Stern, the president of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Nadan
Vidosevic, Assistant Foreign Minister, Frane Krnic, Assistant Defense
Minister, Vladimir Zagorec, the manager of the Croatian Agency for the
Promotion of Investments, Vanja Kalogjera, and representatives of
"Montmontaza" and "Djuro Djakovic" companies.
