STRASBOURG, Nov 6 (Hina) - Interior ministers of Council of Europe +member countries on Friday concluded a conference on organised +crime and corruption.+ At the two-day conference held in Strasbourg it was concluded that +joint
efforts were necessary in the battle against the current +sophisticated methods of crime.+ Attending the conference Croatian Deputy Interior Minister Zlatko +Gledec said that Croatia was faced with special forms of economic +crime involving trading and financial institutions however, the +country has reformed its legislature in an effort to deal with +organised crime.+ With the help of Council of Europe experts and international +cooperation with the mediation of Interpol, Croatia is determined +in the fight against organised crime, corruption and money +laundering said Gledec.+(Hina) sp+ +

member countries on Friday concluded a conference on organised
crime and corruption.
At the two-day conference held in Strasbourg it was concluded that
joint efforts were necessary in the battle against the current
sophisticated methods of crime.
Attending the conference Croatian Deputy Interior Minister Zlatko
Gledec said that Croatia was faced with special forms of economic
crime involving trading and financial institutions however, the
country has reformed its legislature in an effort to deal with
organised crime.
With the help of Council of Europe experts and international
cooperation with the mediation of Interpol, Croatia is determined
in the fight against organised crime, corruption and money
laundering said Gledec.
