the process of the protection of human rights and its citizens can
approach the newly established European Tribunal for human rights,
Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic told reporters in his comment
on the founding of that unified and permanent court.
On Wednesday, the second day of Minister Granic's visit to
Strasbourg, he will participate at a session of the Council of
Europe's Ministerial Committee.
"Croatia has taken an active part in the process of the protection
of human rights", Granic said. He explained that in 1996, when it

The Foreign Minister stressed that Croatia elected a judge to the
