about instruments of parliamentary supervision and their
efficacy.

The second CEI parliamentary presidents conference focuses on
security in the region and the implementation of a charter on
fighting organised international crime, adopted in Trieste, Italy,
last year.
Croatian Sabor president Vlatko Pavletic will speak about the issue
of refugees and displaced persons with regard to security in the
region.
