ZAGREB, Oct 8 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Court investigating judge
has used diplomatic channels to call witnesses to testify in the
case against Dinko Sakic. Four witnesses are from Yugoslavia and
one from Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Sakic was the commander of the Jasenovac concentration camp at the
time of the Independent State of Croatia (1941-1945).
The witnesses were suggested by the representative of an injured
party. Should they accept the call, the witnesses will testify in
Zagreb in mid November.
