SARAJEVO, Sept 13 (Hina) - "Sloga", a coalition participating in
Bosnia-Herzegovina's general elections has filed a complaint
against the Serbian Television for violating the media election
blackout during an interview with Vojislav Seselj, Serbian vice-
premier, on Friday.
The Media Experts Commission (MEC), working as part of the
Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), has
found grounds for the complaints and warned the Belgrade television
that it must adhere to the rules and regulations for media
transmitting in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
OSCE Mission chief in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Robert Barry, has
decided to proceed the case to the electoral appeals sub-commission
which has the authority to undertake punitive measures.
In the interview broadcast on Friday, Seselj lashed out at the
incumbent president of the Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska,
Biljana Plavsic.
