BELGRADE, Aug 14 (Hina) - Yugoslav Foreign Minister Zivadin
Jovanovic on Friday received a delegation of Serbs from Croatia.
The Croatian Serbs informed Jovanovic about the current situation
and rights of Serbs and Montenegrins in Croatia.
They assessed that administrative and other obstacles in the
implementation of the Erdut Agreement and other agreements had to
be removed more efficiently.
According to the Yugoslav Foreign Ministry, the Croatian Serbs
expressed full support to the further normalisation of relations
between Croatia and Yugoslavia.
Jovanovic advocated the development of relations and cooperation
with Croatia and said that was a condition for peace and stability
in the region.
Present at the meeting was also the Yugoslav Ambassador to Croatia,
Veljko Knezevic.
