ZAGREB, 12 Aug (Hina) - The Croatian-Chinese friendly political
relations should be further developed by strengthening cooperation
in economy and all other fields, Croatian Parliament President

Committee Vice President Peng Peiyun said in Zagreb Wednesday.
Vice President Peng arrived in Croatia at the head of a People's
Congress delegation for a four-day official visit.
The two delegations today met for talks on the Croatian-Chinese
relations and cooperation between the two parliaments.
The friendship between the Croatian and Chinese peoples is deep and
traditional, Peng said adding that the bilateral relations had
developed very well in all areas since the establishment of
diplomatic relations.
Pavletic expressed satisfaction with China's great understanding
for Croatia's situation.
"China can count on our understanding for its policy," he added.
