SPLIT, July 9 (Hina) - A delegation of 19 military attaches
accredited to Croatia on Thursday arrived for a three-day visit to
the Croatian Navy (HRM) Command in Split and the third Croatian
Armed Forces military district.
The delegation, accompanied by the HRM commander Vice-Admiral Vid
Stipetic and the commander of the military district Gen. Mirko
Norac, visited Split County Prefect Branimir Luksic and Mayor Ivan
Skaric.
Vice-Admiral Stipetic and his guests discussed the development of
the HRM, its tasks in peace time, the education of non-commissioned
and commissioned officers and navy sailors as well as cooperation
with the navies of other states, in particular NATO members.
The delegation also viewed HRM ships.
