PRISTINA, July 2 (Hina) - The best solution for Kosovo is that it
become Yugoslavia's third republic, considering the opinions of
international and regional factors and other circumstances,
Albanian Foreign Minister Paskal Milo has told Pristina's
Albanian-language daily "Koha Ditore".
"There is not one Albanian who does not want Kosovo's independence,
but there are obstacles between the wish and reality," Milo said in
Thursday's edition of the newspaper.
The Kosovo Liberation Army had become a new and serious factor for
negotiations on resolving the issue of Kosovo, Milo said.
He expressed hope that Albanian political subjects would create a
serious structure of representatives which would include the
Kosovo Liberation Army for negotiations with Belgrade.
