PRISTINA, June 2 (Hina) - Serb forces continued rocketing five
villages in Kosovo's Decani municipality on Tuesday, but due to a
telephone and traffic blockade, there are no news about any
casualties, the Kosovo Information Centre said.
The Centre also reported the dramatic situation continued in the
Djakovica municipality. Serb military and police troops have
surrounded the town of Djakovica and phone lines have been cut off.
There is a shortage of food and medication in this biggest town in
Kosovo.
The Kosovo Information Centre estimated the most difficult
situation was in villages bordering with Albania, especially in the
Batusha village which is surrounded by Serb troops.
According to unofficial information, all residents of the village
have fled to Albania.
Serb authorities still have not isued any information about war-
torn locations which is almost one third of Kosovo's territory.
