SARAJEVO, June 8 (Hina) - US Ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina
Richard Kauzlarich told the Croat member of the Bosnia-Herzegovina
Presidency, Kresimir Zubak, he hoped that, after the latest fall-
out within the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) of Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Bosnian Croats would know how to reach the right
decision and choose a way which is in line with the Dayton
Agreement.
Zubak and Kauzlarich held talks in Sarajevo on Monday about
Tuesday's upcoming meeting of the Executive Committee of the
Council for the Implementation of the Peace Agreement, and about
joint army and police insignia, the joint Bosnia-Herzegovina
currency and models of functioning of joint bodies of authorities,
Zubak's Office said in a statement.
Kauzlarich said that until an agreement was reached on these
issues, aid for training in some cantons' polices and for the "Equip
and Train" programme would remain suspended.
He warned that a binding decision on these issues, if not solved
soon, could be made by the International High Representative in
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Carlos Westendorp.
