OSIJEK, June 6 (Hina) - The Croatian Homeland Foundation, Hungarian
World Congress and Croatian World Congress signed a cooperation
agreement in Osijek on Saturday.
The agreement envisages the drawing-up of a plan of reconstruction
of villages with majority Hungarian or mixed population in the
Croatian Danube River region, support for activities which are of
interest for the Croat and Hungarian minorities in Hungary and
Croatia and the exchange of expert knowledge and assistance in
areas of common interest.
The document was signed by the president of the Croatian Homeland
Foundation, Ante Beljo, the president of the Hungarian World
Congress, Sandor Csoori, and a representative of the Croatian World
Congress, Vinko Grubisic.
Members of the Hungarian World Congress presidency are on a three-
day visit to Osijek County.
