BRATISLAVA, May 25 (Hina) - Croatian Culture Minister Bozo Biskupic
and his Slovak counterpart Ivan Hudec held talks in Bratislava on
Monday.
Today's meeting is part of the event "Days of Croatian Culture in
Slovakia", which opened in Bratislava yesterday.
Biskupic expressed satisfaction with last night's successful
opening of the event, stressing that it was a result of good
cultural ties and cooperation between Slovakia and Croatia.
The current two-year agreement on cultural cooperation between
Croatia and Slovakia expires at the end of this year. A new four-
year agreement should be signed soon and the Slovak side has
proposed that the Croatian Culture Ministry suggests the content of
the new agreement.
After the talks in the Slovak Culture Ministry building, Croatian
representatives visited Devinjsko Novo Selo, a Slovak village with
a Croat minority.
